Xbox 360 .......HELP!!

My hubby has forgotten the password and we need to change the parental controls. He has tried retrieving and changing online but the xbox isn't responding. Can anyone out there help?

My son isnt in as he would help as we had the same problem, i think he emailed microsoft, if you can get into the bit where you pay, presuming you have a live one, details are there. Dont think i have been much help , sorry

Just had a thought, maybe you have done this already....but google the xbox site and there is a list of troubleshooting there, worth a try x

Son says if you go thru MSN to xbox, change the email address password then recover the gamer tag again x
