The trouble with 'bad service' stories like this is that I can't get past the obligatory picture of the disgruntled person looking, well, disgruntled. They really make me laugh. I'm dead confused now because I want to laugh at the archetype but cry at that really very sad and emotional line.

Cremations are like a conveyor belt - ppl should not be fined though - I mean fair enough if there is a funeral due in straight after let the ppl before know that time may be tight but if there is no-one else due in there is no problem with the previous family taking extra time!!
Ppl should never be fined though!!

So what happens if someone has a funeral shorter than 30 mins, do they give a refund, l bet they don't. What a miserable, heartless bunch of jobsworth's, and it was'nt as if anyone was inconvenienced. Then they give a refund and say about mitigating circumstances. What mitigation do they think applies at such a time for anyone.
