If it's any consolation, Spain is a bit crap too atm
Well i'm not surprised they said it was going to be hot last year and it never happened, but i'm going home to florida in september till the new year so i'll have my heat wave then
I have not been able to sit in the sun on the patio area of my garden for 2 YEARS now

I live in Scotland ,having a dry day is summer to us,sunshine is just a bonus
Really? If they're saying that, then we may well have a decent summer, as they're obviously incapable of saying what the weather's going to be on the day, let alone weeks in advance.

The moving of the jet streams responsible for the weather.Usually it sits between Scotalnd and Iceland allowing warmer continental air over the country, but this year it has slipped south and is directly over us pulling in atlantic weather systems. The weather we have where I am is fairly typical weather for my holidays as I holiday in the West of Ireland!!
