Freddie (along with Rodrigo) has given me more smiles than any other housemate.
I think he is a nice man, who does not show the mean-spiritedness of many others.
I didn`t like his composition.
But I give him credit for going for it.
He gave it guts and enthusiasm; he didn`t faff about, he attacked it.
When I have heard him sing I have always thought that he does indeed sing pretty well in tune. He hits the right notes, but I don`t always like his choice of music.
Ah bless him he sang it for Bea, pity she didnt give him a smile at the very least. even though it was a bad performance.
I cringe every time he sings.
bless him he was CRAP wasn't he
ive just watched it
blimey!
i actually went red with embarrassment for him
and the 'off' key change at the end-what was that all about

#dont be stupid be a smarty-come and join the nazi party#
it would have been less embarrassing if he'd have sang that

I have just got to the bit where Halfwit is in the DR talking about Bea, monks and sexual frustration.

he'll get his sexual frustration out in a bit via his homage to bea
ie-he sounded a proper wanker
I've just seen it.
The only positive thing I can say about it was that it was perfectly timed to 2 minutes.

I've waited the whole night shift wondering if it really could as bad as this thread made it look.
It was.
My toes are only now gradually starting to uncurl.
I have just seen it...
I'm so glad I was watching it on my own
What was he thinking

I love Freddie but the singing was bad.
What I don't understand is why he did a song about Spring when it's now the Summer.
He definitly should have won least entertaining HM.
.
Toffee nosed pillock I'll be glad when he's gone, I hate trying to watch TV with a cushion in front of my face

I felt so sorry for him
I listened with my fingers in my ears and my eyes closed - and it was still obviously awful

It was very uncomfortable viewing!! I watched through my fingers! Does Freddie actually think he sounds good? let alone, just WHAT he was singing about!
could anyone put a link to 'springtime' (this years hit choon)please?
Me too, I couldnt watch it directly... It was too bad... The wailing, the flaring hands, the boba do blah, the closed eyes and pained expression... Gosh it was too much....quote:Originally posted by Little Miss Spurs:

A bit painfull, but I give him full marks for passion!
Painful to watch but he gave it his all .
It was truly awful, bless him.
Considering this song was truly awful I just want to give the many lovely posters on here who still gave Freddie an understanding 'take' on the matter a big Some may have gone off him but I still think he is a lovely guy.
It was dire!!
think I preferred Sophie's rendition of Pie Jesu
