Zinc really works though, just don't take it on an empty stomach as it can make you feel queasy. I normally use Vega vitamins or Quest as most of their range is Vegan but Superdrug zinc tablets are very good too

Lumps are cool. I had a little lady lump and the doc said it was a skin tag, she's a really crap GP, the one who you always get an appt with cos everyone else refuses her (I refuse her now) anyway, 6 months after I saw her, it was SORE, SORE, SORE then it popped. Man that was good. Just felt like sharing that with you all.

And, the guy I had a 2 year crush on at school had a lump just in front of his ear. Both ears I think.

I have no more lump stories.

Well maybe just one more. The "scab" at the top of my scar is going lump-like. It's hard to see, it being on my back and all.

I get coldsores on my nose the last one had 20 blisters and I got sent to the dermatologist at the hospital where I found out you can get them ANYWHERE some people get them on their arse. Anyway the dermatologist gave me a letter for my doc so I get a repeat prescription of acyclover tablets to take as soon as I feel one coming on. I only get them twice a year at the moment but it used to be a lot more frequently, I find eating and sleeping well and looking after myself avoids them.

but never mind that. I am sending Cinds some angels for her ear lump.
