one of the best tasks EVER was the box task... u can get them for free... and how about the 'how well do you know each other quiz' a few pens and a bit of card... what about the pub quiz... again a few pens and bits of card.... in fact - as a task just stick that roundabout back in the garden and whoever stays on it the longest... gets to nominate... or like they do in IACGMOOH - endurance... get them to hang off a scaffold - and whoever drops last gets a party and can invite 4 friends..... god it aint rocket science and costs bugger all

Nobody makes money on you posting here. My point was that with higher ratings C4 could negotiate better rates with their advertisers, likely offsetting that 10k. These forums have nothing to do with that other than simply being something that I can observe and extrapolate by. We are not associated with C4, they make no money by you being here and neither do we.

All very well, BUT, I dont think for one minute that stopping LF had anything to do with the cost, and more to do with control over what gets broadcast,

they (channel 4) got into lots of bother over the past few shows, goodiegate, powpowpowgate, spitgate, Nwordgate, newspapers had a feeding frenzy, the bloody PM got asked questions in parliament, it almost caused a 'diplomatic incident' between the UK and India fer christ sake!!!

they were NOT going to risk anything like that THIS time, hence no LF.
