Look at rachel last year, I never expected her to win.

When it got down to her and Mikey, all the Mikey haters(including me)voted for Rachel to stop him winning. Lesser of two evils.

Last year, when it came down to the final four, Rex was evicted on something like 22.6%

That means that the vote had to have been split 25%/25%/25%/25% (ish) between all four. Literally anybody could have won that night.

Pity it wasn't Rex.

The 30.1% was for the final three, not the final four. Else 23% + 30% = 53%, leaving only 47%. 47% / 2 (Rachel & Mikey) = 23.5%

Which means that if Sara had 30% of the final four, Rachel or Mikey would have gone before her.

Hope that makes sense.
