I can forgive the producers re Hira: some previous HMs who've looked very good on paper have found themselves overwhelmed by the reality of the house. It's an unnatural environment and it's difficult to predict how people will react.
I do agree about Kenneth and Tom though. Ken should never have been considered in the first place, and it looks like Tom had unrealistic expectations of the house.
