When did Marcus become a fourteen year old boy who has to protected from the heartbreak of losing his first love? Haven't we all been there?

I was in 1st year senior school. I cried over that boy for about a month (which is a long time when you are 12).

I liked Marcus for his stand against BB and the way he worked in the tasks. I am not a Noirin lover by any means but they way he spoke to her last night saying she was a horrible person and he only likes her because she's vulnerably (his words not mine) worried me.
