Well on C4 Forums they had 260,000 members.
Similar to the amount of members on DS.

But any one time you could have 3 or 4 times the the amount of members logged on.
ie: 1,000 members with 4,000 non members online.

But a lot of the time it could be a member looking round the threads but haven't signed in.
But a vast amount of threads are read by the public that have just found them by searching and they like to know what's going on before they join.
