Good morning LGS

Still term-time here in Wiltshire so still on the school run this morning! We finish on Friday and then Saturday we're off in the van for our holidays for a couple of weeks Smiler

I'm stuffing Codeine and diclofenac down my trap at the moment hoping it eases my hips but felt them starting up again yesterday. Hope QOTHT doesn't read this but it's caused by the severe SPD I had during my last pregnancy and it plays up occasionally (I was at the point thatmy physiotherapist was making noises about putting me into a wheelchair). I've just had a few weeks respite but it feels like it's returning now.

I'm so pleased though, my 5 yo passed her first ballet exam yesterday Big Grin She's performing in front of the school with some of the others in her class today Smiler
Hiya LLF Hug are you off any where nice in the van?

Well lets hope they kick in quick and you feel well enough to go out..Nod Hug
I can imagine you'll fight like hell to keep out that wheelchair..Smiler
Awww..You must be so proud of her? I do hope it goes well for the little one..Clapping

Thanks Moonie, Thanks LGS

Fortunately the wheelchair isn't so much of a threat these days, it was at the end of the pregnancy that the physio was trying to get me to do that! Smiler

I've still got my crutches from that time and I doo look wistfully at the occasionally but they are incredibly awkward with a pram to push as well. I need one of those old lady scooters!

I am really proud of her passing the exam, it wasn't that hard because it's 5 year olds but it was still an achievement and she's really proud of herself Smiler

Like you say, one of those scooters would help..Wink
But I guess you learn to cope though, don't you?
The thing is she did pass and thats a great achievement at such a tender age..Nod
You are odviously and quite rightly proud of her..Smiler

good morning my lovely PCJ Hug Valentine

morning darlin Hug Valentine decided not send my two youngest to school for the last 2 days because there is an outbreak of swineflu at their school. Youngest son hasn't been for a week as he wasn't 100% and youngest daughter has been on work experience for 2 weeks. Feeling a bit guilty now Disappointed
I wouldn't feel guilty PCJ, if anyone asks just say the got the sniffles and you didn't want to send them Smiler there was suspected cases at Alice's school the week before they broke up non confirmed though, but I rang last week to see if any confirmed, there wasn't, but then they have stopped testing. It is getting quite scary now, I am trying to keep calm about it, but it is a worry. So don't feel gulty hun, go with your instincts. Hug

I rang the school already, you have to ring in with absences, I told them I was worried about swine flu. It was a recorded message and I got in a muddle (jees I hate recorded messages) and it came out as 'wine flu'. God knows what they must think of me Laugh

Wine flu? Laugh
Moonie
Lol LGS, my kids havent broken up yet. Last day tomorrow Big Grin i over slept this morning Laugh kids were playing in daughter bedroom, i turned alarm off and didnt wake up til 8:15 Eeker

As for the dog, the appointment is for 3:15. She was my moms dog and shes 13!! Gave her a shower yesterday and she was good as gold, just sat there and let me wash her bless her, my dad use to have to wash her in the garden Laugh cos she hated it.
