It's a counry house hotel. It may have been a stately home once over, but it's now a commercial venture run by his parents. I live more or less next door to one and it's just a money-making business venture to the owners. Freddie's parents live above the shop, albeit a big shop. They are not landed gentry.

Freddie may have a rich family but he obviously has no money he said he paints peoples faces in night clubs for drinks ,I dont know Kennys circumstances but I think it has been said he is a self made millionaire, good on him he has had to work to get were he is and probably employs people ,I dont know why people with or without money have to be judged for what they have it should be how they are as a person.

Lisa judged Freddie by his accent and background and she made his life miserable in that house,yet she doesn't apply the same judgement to Kenny,why ,because he is Karly's BF that sums Lisa up.

I think freddie is from old inherited wealth and kenny from hard work - although if he went to boarding school as he said he must come from a privileged background - Lisa just makes me so
