My boss said to me "Tony I need to have a word with you in a bit", I cacked n=myself thinnking I was in trouble, and he said "We are so pleased with you can go at 1 0 clock if ya want".

Apparently I have completeed their expectations of what a good worker I am, and have tripled their sales targets that they had set for me, I told them I would aim at 20 enquiries a month,and I'm only just over half way through my month and brought in 26 enquiries and 2 massive sales.

Look like the top of a slippery slope, I'm afraid!

If they were that pleased with you, you'd be working harder and longer to max your targets completely (despite your already having done so).
