My DIL used to treat lots of people for free when she was studying

You're not nuts. My nan used to swear by that too. They used that a lot to relieve breast engorging when new mums had too much milk.

The only dilemma is which type of cabbage to use. I go for Savoy. Wink Big Grin
Depends on the size of ones boob Thumbs Up

Outside leaves of a five pounder, natch. Wink

Senora, all jesting aside....it sounds like you're retaining water. If you can pre-empt that you might find your boobs aren't so sore each month.
I do empathise with you...it's beyond discomfort - it's bluddy agony. xxx

Seriously my lovely, if you're regular enough then it can be easier to divert a few of the symptoms.
It may not completely rid you of the pain, but if you can remember a week before (and let's face it, who's always got the time to do that..?), then you may find it more bearable.

And Brummie is correct - salt intake. Thumbs Up

BB, I think it's the main cause of so many aches and pains. Frowner
It's funny, I can be light one month but have terrible cramps and vice versa the next.
It's always the month when I'm lighter that I retain more water and struggle with the bigger aches and pains.
