I've had a moth sitting in the same spot for 2 days. What do they live on?

Our fear Glance Oh no here it comes again! Eeker

I'm one of those weird ppl that don't fear flying objects. Give me a spider and I'm a jibbering wreck even though the moth can actually get near me on account of having wings. Smiler

Don't mind spiders. They're less likely to get in your gob when you're sleeping Nod

I know you're right, but I just bloody hate them. I've managed with the moth for the last 2 days, if that had been a spider, I'd be on here asking for help. Big Grin

I remember camping one night in the highlands, and was stormy, and we found an old barn to take shelter in, i went to get water from the stream to make a cuppa with, and i swear i saw a black leapord.
I was assured that it was a scottish highland wild cat. Cant think what they called it now, as i was only 23 at the time.

Scottish Wildcats are the same size as domestic cats and they're tabby striped just like the domestic striped tabby. There have been many sightings of black big cats in various locations in the highlands though. What area was this in?

Oh god BB now got to think.

We got an old steam train from Aberdeen to take us up the top of somewhere..

Was a real slow lazy train ride.

We got off halfway down on the way back to enjoy the countryside and camp somewhere. It started to get stormy in our tent, and loads of midges were attacking us, so we found an old deserted barn and decided to kip there.
Wasnt sure what was worse, the rats in the barn, the midges, or the cat thing outside LOL.

It sounds like you may have been over on the east of the country. If you could remember any place names you could google big cat sightings near there. There's been puma, lynx and leopard-like cats seen in Scotland I think, but in the west it seems the sightings are mainly of black puma-like cats. tbh, the midges are the worst thing I've personally come across here. Big Grin They're ferocious! Eeker
