but they did not put the others up, they had the chance of not talking for ex amount of hours or what ever, so whats the difference?

He will get an opportunity to save himself...and I think he will succeed. He has more determination and self control than Charlie, Kris and Dogface.

At no point did BB say that his punishment would be to be put up for eviction.

BB just said that he would receive his punishment after Friday's eviction.
Siavash assumed that this meant that he was up for eviction. BB's comments about the eviction lines already being open encouraged the assumption that he'd be put up, but it remains just an assumption.

yes i think they will give him a chance but i think he wants to go up too - talking about a 'free ride' i think he'd enjoy being up....

Mmm.. that's a good point. He may decide he needs to do it after all he has said.

I'm not sure I follow your logic. He's convinced that BB implied he'll be up next week. He therefore told the other HMs what he believes to be the truth.
Why would he tell the others that he might not be up when he doesn't believe that to be the case? Wouldn't that be lying?

Its been my first glimmer of hope towards liking one of them... I'm hardly even watching it (its only on cos of the kids... honest )....

So I'm with ya Tupps... I'm liking Siavash for his outburst (and am kinda backhanded default liking Halfwit... cos he annoys the others... but I couldn't live with him!).

He was not told he was up nothing wrong with my logic he twisted the facts ,clever though perhaps he did it so the others would not nominate him thinking he was up anyway he should stop swearing on his mothers life .

He wasn't told that he was up, but I thought it was pretty clear from his comments inside the diary room (with no other HMs about) that he believed that's what BB meant. No "twisting" of the facts - he just misunderstood.
