I realise I'm going to be unpopular on this one but I'm going to say it anyway.
There are a few things about the theory that Siavash was telling her this information as friend which don't add up in my mind.
Firstly, he goes around telling Noirin and others that she is a user and abuser. This makes me doubt the sincerity of his friendship towards her.
Secondly, the protective information which he provided was proven to be lies.
We all saw him say with certainty that Kris and Karly had created the "rabbit" nickname for Noirin, and that if they're saying that, then the rest of Team Lisa will be as well.
When challenged to explain this information, for the longest part, he denied naming names AT ALL, and then finally conceded to a much more watered down version of what he'd said, specifically, that he "thinks" they call her a "rabbit".
No Siavash, you said that Kris and Karly had made and are using the nickname "rabbit" to describe Noirin.
The fact that his story changed so much, to me, is evidence that it was pure fiction in the first place!!
