I have just been given at ÂĢ5500 pay cut, job evaluation has just totally devalued what I do, day in day out. I have got to do all the same duties for less money. I am protected for two years but I don't get any of the benefits I was due in those two years, such as next months pay rise for the 5 years service I have given.

On top of holiday cuts, working extra hours for longer into the night, dictated holidays, undeserved sneaky promotions for those in the in crowd. I am so angry. There is loads of other shite going on I just want to hand my notice in but there is no jobs anywhere. Spent the last 7 hours looking.

I love my job and I am really good at it but hate what is happening in here. I am currently the only left in the building I am just so pissed off. Need to vent before I start throwing PCs out of the window.

Thanks for that, one of the careers advisors told me to try them. Never heard of them until today We speak to my union in the morning then go on from there.

I work with a 66 year old man who also loves his job and had no desire to retire but I think his might push him over the edge Frowner

I an othe other hand need to find another job quick smart before I deck someone.
