I have a friend who has applied for DLA for her seriously mentally disabled 6 year old daughter and she has been turned down because she doesn't have a diagnosis, she is now in the process of appealing. I must go and tell her that if she gets disgustingly drunk everyday she will get the DLA. This just sickens me.

cause the drinks industry makes BILLIONS for the government, and they dont want people thinking alcohol is a drug....thats why they say "drink AND drugs" as if there is somesort of difference,
