I rang them too late yesterday MM. The phone lines close at 4. But i know that now so im going to ring them this morning just waiting for the office to empty.
Feeling alot better this morning. I was having a pretty bad day yesterday and to top it all i broke my bed last night
But todays a new.

I flipping wish! I went to turn my light off and heard a massive crack. Me thinks i should lay off the chessy chips for a while
As soon as iv got the appointment i will let you know. I think one of the main reasons iv got into this mess is i HATE ringing up these companies. From my experiance they are not friendly or understanding and its either there way or the highway. I just end up getting upset.

Im actually looking forward to the meeting. I think i will come out of it feeling like the weight of the world has been lifted off my sholders. Also, i have Psoriasis on my elbows that only ever flares up when im stressed about money. So will be nice if my scabby elbows go for good
Kells, 2 years ago i got a letter from working family tax, telling me that i owed them ÂĢ2,000! I kept ringing them but they wouldnt back down, they kept sending me letters saying i had to pay it back, i was in a right state, being a single working mother, i didnt have that sort of money and i got ill worrying about it! I knew i hadnt had that much money and a friend recommended that i tried CAB.They were fab, they made all the calls on my behalf, told them to stop sending me letters and in the end it was found to be a computer error!I truly believe that if CAB hadnt intervened i would have ended up having to pay it.There is nothing that CAB dont know about money problems.

I am not on here reguarly enough to know everybody very well, but I am very impressed at the way many of the forumers rally round and help somebody who is obviously stressed.

Good luck Kelly, my experience of these matters is that if you make some offer of payment then companies usually have to accept it if it is a reasonable offer given your circumstances!
