Can you please get your next apprentice to fooooking sort out the problems with the Sky+ and Sky HD boxes.

I have had 5 now and everyone else I know who has one says they all have the same problem. The problem of just randomly switching off and resetting. It's SO ANNOYING! Especially when recording programmes. They just have a kind of brain fart and reset and shut down and take a couple of minutes to restart. Obviously the programme you were recording is lost.

I think for £49 a month Sky and Amstrad should be able to provide a box that doesn't foook up.
