I think this comment reveals a lot about Lisa's underlying insecurities. As far as I'm aware Freddie has never deliberately used his background to make people feel inferior so this must be an assumption on Lisa's part. She feels afraid that she will be judged somehow because of her background and this is why she is gunning for Freddie in such a vicious way. If she would just calm down and simply get to know Freddie as an individual I think she'd learn some valuable lessons about people and see that inspite of surface differences we're all human underneath, regardless of money etc.
Good post and one I do agree with. None of them have given him a chance. All they have seen is that he is wealthy and talks in a posh voice. They are all bigots.
I do wonder sometimes what BB would do if a bunch of wealthy, well spoken people were picking on a loan, working class person. I think they would have reacted and done something by now.

I thought to be working-class you had to work? I mean it says it right there, working-class. From Lisa's desciption of her daily routine as shown on BBLB the other week work is about the last thing she'd contemplate doing.
