I seem to remember BB telling them once when disclosing the nominations that some of them were excluded because of nomination talk. Am I remembering that wrong? If not, there's still hope that BB will pull something out of the bag.

I sort of got the impression they were later than usual though.To avoid automatically being up for eviction all Charlie had to do was not talk before midnight. If any others have a similar deadline then it may be a while before anything is known.

Perhaps there was not enough evidence against them - perhaps the nominations that they each made confirmed this.
