That ad break at 11 makes me so annoyed, 4 mins of ads and then 2 mins of BB! I usually record the last half hour and watch it the next morning while I'm having my breakfast
I think they should make the HL shows longer too, 45 minutes is so not long enough for 24 hours of action

No, that's very odd. I can only think they are contractually obliged to give the sponsor a certain amount of airtime.

It's crap this year....there are no interesting characters in it at all...I was looking at them all last night thinking why on earth were they selected. Now granted it's a nice break from all the downright quirky weirdos they've had over the years, but you want some on with at least a little personality, they're all snivvling little kids with nothing interesting to say whatsoever. You'd love BB to mix it up a bit, but seriously, they're all too thick to take the bait

Totally agree! It's gotta be about that tme now when they should be sending in a few newbies..Then again I'm not sure that even that would save this crap effort this year.

I don't seem to disike Charlie as much as some of the others, but that's not really a good guide, I'm finding it hard to relate this series
to the show I watched round the clock, and spoke endlessly about.

Sad isn't it. I feel so un-involved this year.
I don't think new characters would save it...I suppose there's an element of BB trying to select people who are nice and happy and aren't as argumentative as previous years...it's really not working though

I think with new house mates, we'd probably get more of the same. These are the type of H/M the producers seem to think we like. No doubt they put the lower viewing figures down to the heat wave.
I think that a few newbies would shake up the house. Not in the usual way, but in the way that maybe a new good looking guy might show up Dogface and Kris's relationshp for what it is and also by the same token a new good looking lass would skake up the situation that we have within the girls..

I've been watching Charlie and I don't think he is very happy about all the bitching that is going on. When Kris and Karly were going on and on about Freddie he just sat there saying nothing. He's another one I wish we'd seen before he hooked up with Kris.
In one way I think it would be a good idea to introduce new hms, but at the same time if we don't have live feed how can we get to know them??
I think that's why I'm finding this year a total borefest coz we only see very limited footage and none of the warts and all stuff.

Maybe you're right Temps.
I just keep thinking of how good it used to be
and want to get back to that.
I don't mind arguements and controversial
people in moderation. This year they are all
much of a muchness since the evictions and they
are boring me to death. Maybe they got the mix
wrong.
