what is needed is your EXACT words for what you would put in a google search engine to find this forum and all the old members from C4BBGF as a whole

trouble is not everyone uses fb, i know loads of people who will not go near it, but i have links on mine

I tested it, put BB forums into the search engine and clicked on the C4 one which came up in the search. Was redirected to this page Forum Retirement so I posted links to this forum and to Danisgreat's forum here Big Brother's Bitchy Sister

I typed "where has the c4 bb forum gone" into google ... first result was a thread on DS started by j0anne asking where we had gone, and a lovely FM called Pikachew posted the link to here

what i meant was, all well for the ones that are on fb.
we are talking about getting links in other places/searches for people who do not use social networks, at all.
i, and people i know on fb have shared the link all over the place.

If you are serious about trying to get the keywords sorted with google focus on the term "big brother forum" and "gagajoyjoy big brother forum".
The first will aid keyword ratios while the second will aid the site too
And link the entire three or four word phrase rather than just a "click here" or "here". The terms "click here" and "here" have no meaning to a search engine.
The general public like to keep things simple as a rule and search engines love phrases

I know you were meaning a link to here. What I saw was Pickachew's post saying 'Do you mean here?' but there was no link showing, but at least it would tell folks that DS knew something about it. Dunno Fluffs, as usual - I know nothing. Don't think I've seen her here yet though
Just looked at the members list and she is here, 33 posts.
Checked the first post and it's NOT saying about being glad to find us, so that suggests to me that she 'found' us at the temporary place. So possibly the link she got ftom Pickachew was to there, not here.
