I seen the stroking of the chin and such but i'm not sure it was about Siavash, it could have been. I thought they started by stroking the sides of their faces....which could have been Siavash or Marcus. Siavash has been quite friendly with Karly lately, i'd be surprised if she nominated him.

Yes there is speculation that it could have been referring to Marcus, I have taped it and will watch it carefully but I thought the curling moustache thing on the top lip sounded significant. I did wonder whether the 3 that Lisa talked about being up either this week or next could be Freddie Marcus and Siavash, total disaster. BB have GOT to do something.

It said on ds that Channel 4 have not listed it as news item and therefore it will probably not be on the h/ls and maybe therefore no action will be taken on it.

I think that would definitely be the best punishment for them ...

Whether or not anyone agrees on who they were talking about, fact is they were conniving to ensure a block vote, so they should be punished ...

I wouldn't be surprised if BB wait until they have actually nominated before they decide whether they are going to take any action. That way, if the nominations have gone the way BB want, they won't bother to say anything.

They did something similar last year.

This could be Lisa's undoing. I said all along that she would get cocky, thinking she was invincible. Her game plan and scheming could go tits up with this stupid conversation which was so overtly about nominations. I hope BB disqualifies them from nominations this week.

If it's as blatant as people suggest then they have to be punished before it gets out of hand.

Best thing would be to show the footage of the discussion on the flat-screen (with subtitles on the mumbled parts) and ban those responsible from nominating.

It does seem to depend on who does the nomination talk. Last year Luke was particularly blatant but continually got away with it and in BB8 They waited to see who would be up before removing some nominations so that Charly wouldn't be up that week.

Also there was an important part of that conversation last night no one has mentioned.
As Lisa and co were chatting both Charley and Kris asked them on more than one occassion what they were whispering about. Sophie and Karly both said they would tell them later. I wonder how many times things have been related to the boys that way? They all vote in similar way's,with the exception of Sophie's second nomination. She usually goes for Siavash ,they go for Marcus.

Back in week one, BB read out a conversation to the group of Sophia discussing Saffia and clearly stating that she would nominate her. Can anyone remember what punishment was given?

Also, does anyone recall Sree asking other housemates to nominate him after one of his requests to leave? Surely that is blatantly influencing nominations - but what punishment was handed out?

Sree asking people to nominate him is not the same thing as this situation at all ... Plenty of HMs have uttered the same words when in self-pity mode or after an argument ... If BB was to take this seriously, they'd be handing out punishments every 5 minutes ... it's nto the same thing at all ..
