Best thing is of course to go and wallow in it, direct flights and a hotel right there, I know SOOOOOOOOOO many people that have gone and really, gotten such relief. Something in there is definatly helping. Look into it anyway, I am pretty sure it will help since I have heard so many good things about it.

My father in law passed away last year in Barbados (his place of birth, he was living in the UK for 30 odd years). The funeral parlour listed all of his kids and their wives/husbands. And I just happen to be one.
