No charecters in Tennis anymore. Used to love Jimmy Connors when I was about 13. He interacted with the crowd. I remember someone shouting out to him"C'mon Jimmy" and he shouted back "Im doing my best" Big Grin Another time he offered someone his raquet coz he was playing bad Laugh Dont get none of that now. Even miss the likes of McEnroe. Even if he did come across as a spoilt brat at times, he was great to watch. Nod

Me too Big Grin

I was a Leconte fan so when Leconte switched to Doubles seniors and paired up with Bahrami,I first saw him.Theres a story behind him not being a big player on the mens circuit before..maybe to do with politics...whatever...hes a true genius and character and, much as I admire Andy,Bahrami's real value for money.
Where else do you get class tennis and a top comedy show?

I always wondered why he never had a proper singles career considering how flippin' good he is... and SOOOOOO fast (that doesn't even need qualifying with 'for an old guy')
