im just gunna enjoy the series the best i can , its one of my favourite programmes so ill never stop watching until its not on anymore then ill be sad
but if ch4 hadnt killed it it could be on for many more years, luckily sky will probably pick it up and it will be back but to many bb ended last year with rachel winning against ch4's chosen winner, this year they arent taking that risk.
please understand me , i am know what supporting channel 4 and what they have done but i still think it will be an enjoyable series

Digital Spy.
Well I hope it's going to be good this year, don't want to waste all summer hoping.
I've enjoyed them all so far, but the producers must be finding it difficult to have new tasks after 10 years.
I loved that one where they dug into a secret chamber and found luxury food items and that, was it the prison task?
Of course the path of the HM's will be mapped out to some degree, they will want to keep HM's in that are giving good news reports and are prominent in the papers, I don't think anyone should be evicted within the first 2 weeks as it's too hard to tell if they will be value for money and ideal HM's.

The thing with Channel 4, IMO, is that they are relying on recent media studies graduates to do their programming. For whatever reason, they think showing endless repeats of Friends is innovative programming. Not to mention The Simpsons and Scrubs.
The executives moan that they aren't getting the advertising revenue and can't commission new drama/comedy yet pay out millions for second rate programming. They then muck about with programmes that have been big money makers.
I suppose the PGTips Chimps do need employment . . .

I agree with you there CCM.
We can only hope it's a good one can't we?
But i'll be watching it anyway and hoping.

They could save a fortune just by getting rid of the old boring episodes of Friends that they keep showing on a loop on E4, and free space for LF.

I totally agree that people shouldn't pre judge the series even before it's begun, thats just crazy.
It's just that we can't watch most of it that annoys me. lol

I was gutted at no live feed, but I'm feeling happier now I know there will be some late night live feed (which is pretty much all I have time to watch) so it can't ALL be based on edited highlights.
As to C4 winding it down and binning it... well.. I'm sure some other channel will take it up - and as this place proves, change isn't necessarily a bad thing. I'm looking forward to the show and will watch with an open mind. Hell, it's this place that makes it for me anyway and we're already streets ahead of last year on that front.
