Try a cup of hot milk and honey, it might help.

normally the thought of that would make me sick but right now I am willing to try anything - all i need to do now is try and find some honey - have no idea if we even have any in the house!!
With or without honey it would help. Yogurt is also excellent for making you sleepy, that's if you can stomach it at this time of the morning.
I'm guessing you are asleep now, so I'll save my advice for another day.

Pretty_P, if you have yogurt at home have some tonight an hour before you intend to go to bed.
Do you suffer from insomnia or was it a one of last night?

I don't really suffer from insomnia but the last few nights I have been really tired when i go tp bed then when i get into bed i start tossing and turning!!! I don't really know why it keeps happenin!!!!
Kalms Sleep tablets might help.. They are herbal, so you can pick them up without a prescription from any chemist or health food shop.
When I had insomnia, I put a radio next to my pillow with some boring dj rambling on. It was quite effective.
Good luck with it.

I really don't wanna go down the tablet route - if things don't get any better soon I may have to consider it but right now I really don't want to!!
