Makes me Did you watch the holloway prison thing that was on a few weeks back (itv) I watched this 16/17 yr old get let out after being given a couple of hundred quid to get her back on her feet (she was only in there a couple of weeks) She walked out, only to return later that same day....not suprising when she knows there is a couple of hundred quid at the end of it, and no doubt a giro waiting for her on the outside...does me nut in. I did see one of them, where she was being released and the Guy was assessing how much cash she'd need to buy a sleeping bag and of course a nice warm coat
, thing is, she wasn't actually asking for it either, he was handing things to her on a plate in the knowledge that she was a drug addict....why not just give them vouchers for shops instead of cash!!!

I've had a battle on my hands with the Benefits System myself after I got made redundant, I was in the Job Centre TWICE a day, going to interviews arranged through them and also from the paper and still, when I was ill, they stopped my Benefit until some fat idiot sat in their Ivory Tower deemed fit to let me have them again!! Grrrr!
