What is it with TV Choice magazine and Eastenders?

I've noticed that every week for at least the past 3 months the main front cover picture is someone off that rubbish so called show Eastenders, do the BBC pay that magazine to make them the main story? If so how sad, I'm glad I don't watch such rubbish!

I've been right off the soaps for yonks..the only one I really watch is HO and Doctors if thats classed as a soap....
