Crowd of kids outside with one of those mini mopeds were driving round and round our green, the noise were horrendous. So went out and very calmly said 'is your mojo insured'? they laffed, but were quite respectful

They are illegal in public, I am sure. The cops confiscated several of them around me a few weeks ago.
