Theres a difference between having the guts for standing up for what you believe in (which Freddie and Siavash also do) but it's how you talk to others and if you live up to those same codes of conduct, Norin doesn't.

I agree with that, in fact I think this year there are less timid ones and more outspoken HMs, she just can't keep her mouth shut and contrary to Marcus, I don't think she always right, not by a long chalk.

Marcus is observant so is Freddie, Marcus can be insightful, so can Freddie, Marcus can be supportive,(Although I question Marcus's motives regarding his over zellous support of Noirin..lets break it down, he wants to get into her knickers) so can Freddie...

Here's the rub, I find Marcus obnoxious, a know it all, arrogant,concieted(Lord knows why) and a total sexist.

Freddie is personable, kind, conisderate, and very individual.

And those are his good points.

But he does talk alot of sense and he has the HM's sussed, I think he's quite funny and interesting, as well as being sexist, but thats not such a bad thing.
