Thanks for the game Fluffy, that was quite some battle...if you ever want to play again just let me know.

And so, after 46 days, the match of the millenium drew to a close. Heatseek and Fluffy shook hands and departed the arena with the audience standing and applauding them.

The audience then realised that they hadn't slept or eaten for over 7 weeks and ran out into the surrounding streets in search of food.

Hi El Loro, has it been 46 days...blimey, I know it was a total of 110 moves but hard fought and enjoyable nevertheless.

I wonder if anyone else will start a game ?

Has it really been that long? Just as well we weren't physically sitting over a chessboard for that long.

I'll keep you in mind for the next chess tournament Heatseek, but it may be some time....I wouldn't advise holding your breath.


P.S. I posted my first move on 14th May at 1:18pm and posted the resignation on 30th June at 11:24pm. So technically it's taken 47 days, 10 hours and 6 minutes.
