Yes, but there was a guy at Heather's birthday who really fancied Heather and was getting off with her. Shirley et al all assumed he was the male escort doing his job but it turned out it wasn't. The real male escort turned up later.
So it COULD have been that mystery man. He could have come back.

I still can't believe why Dawn would want to get jiggy with Phil, let alone trying to figure out Heather's baby daddy lol.
