Not entirely. Think about the times when the narrator tells us some of the housemates' nominations without us seeing it.

I think the main difference with this is we're going to see the nominations unedited, and in full.

Not really they have a time limit,i.e the length of the show.The live noms (when we could see live that is) went on for hours.Some of them were in the diary room for over an hour etc,we got the edited version on screen,the next day.
