oh poor puss.... hope kitty gets well soon

DD (The Dowager Duchess) is our "special needs" cat. We took her on 2 years ago and she's clearly been maltreated previously. She's desperate for attention but expects to be abused.

We think she's about 10 but given we've had cats to 18, 20 and 22 she's still a kid to us. 'Tis mouth trouble but what exactly we won't know until they knock her out and have a good look. Vet said her teeth seem OK from what she could see ... I'm thinking abscess, broken tooth mebbe.

Aww poor thing...
Our cat pierced her gum on a chicken bone once which got infected...it cleared up nicely after the vet had tended her...ÂĢ100 it cost us...but well worth it!

And, well, re the other stuff, what can one possibly say

Thanks. I'm currently in the process of applying to be a PCSO for GMP. Despite the dangers there is no way this will stop me. In fact it makes me even more determined to try to help stop things like this happening.
