My honest opinion on charlie is i think is a bit of a tim nice but dim character. Can't work out if it is an act but he looks so vacant when freddie is talking to him i just think bless

I know he is part of team evil but i get the impression he is easily led.

I will probably be proved wrong, but i can't find it in my heart to hate him, at the moment it would be like hating a puppy that won't stop peeing on the carpet
