I went to the MCM Expo at the Excel yeaterday and I met Tony Curtis and Lyndsey Wagner. Lyndsey is absolutely beautiful and friendly. Tony Curtis, well, the years have not been kind, he would have looked better if he hadn't had so much plastic surgery . Must have admit though, wish I'd met him thirty year ago lol.

morning Ment, I thought he was dead just googled, and it seems that they can't decide
He's in his 80's now I think.
I hardly recognised him when he was on Jonathon Ross. Mind you he was fabulous looking when he was younger, just gorgeous

My dad's brother was the spitting image of him, I used to look at uncle Tom and think why did mum choose Harry
Tony Curtis was gorgeous when he was younger. Not so good now but he is still going.
I would love to read his autobiography - I bet he has a story or two to tell

Must admit I didn't recognise him at first. Think the poor soul thought I was stalking him though! We had arranged a meeting place with the kids and it was on the corner where he was sitting, every time he turned there I was lol. Oh yes, morning everyone

Absolutely Holly - I used to drool over him when I was young and it is sad in a way to see him now!
The years haven't been kind.
I love Tony Curtis. He may be old but i could listen to him all day. He knows so many stories about famous people.

Took her to the vet on Saturday morning, she has a urine infection,anti-biotic jab and a painkiller.Got more anti-biotic to feed her twice a day, hopefully that will do the trick.Takes two of us to give it to her,it tastes foul apparantly.

Still swwearing at 80 odd years...
I used to adore Tony Curtis when i was a very young girl ....he was such a good looking guy.
Loved him in Tarus Bulba and The Outsider (he died in both and I wept buckets).

Tony Curtis was one of the funniest comedy actors and I wish they would show some of his early work when he was at his peak, like the very funny 'Sex and the single Girl' with the equally lovely Natalie Wood.

totally agree paace, Natalie Wood was bootiful wasn't she? so sad how she died
I thought some of the younger FM's might like to see what he looked like in his heartthrob days. Boys used to go into the barbers and ask for 'a Tony Curtis' his hairstyle was so popular.
I met him a few years ago in London when he stayed at the hotel I worked in. He wore a white suit and the biggest white hat I have ever seen in my life and when he checked in he said he was travelling in cognitoand didn't want to draw attention to himself!! Nice enough chap, though

They paired up to star in The Great Race together too, along with Jack Lemmon.
Natalie Wood was my favourite movie star. She was absolutely beautiful and what a tragic loss when she died.

Wasn't she just beautiful. I cried my eyes out when I read Robert Wagners Autobiography, he truly adored her.

I haven't read the book, but yes I think he did. It was a true love story, well that is if you don't believe the gossip that he had something to do with her death.

Her tragic death will always remain a mystery!
I don't believe that Christopher Walken, who was also on the boat at the time, has ever talked about it either.
She was my husband's favourite film star too.

No, he has always refused to Hyacinth. One of those mysteries that will probably never be solved.

It was the Manga Comic Media Expo. My kids are very into their Manga. It's a great day out, loads of the kids come dressed as their favourite Manga characters and the atmosphere is really good. Lots of free hugs and stuff, my teenage boys are in their element
Wow, he was a thing of beauty when he was young
I read his autobiography years ago and he came from a really dirt-poor background in one of New York's toughest neighbourhoods, so I don't blame him for still being a sweary so-and-so.
You'd swear if your real name was Bernie Schwartz
