To be fair, we were supposed to be having stir fry or crappy salad but I forgot to get the stir fry sauce and hubby didn't fancy a cold dinner. So this is a surprise dinner.

Oven chips are not chips.
I do mine in half dripping or lard and half ground nut oil. That way you get the better cripiness and taste without the claggy after effects.
