ummmmmmm

I have a two different types and thwey both have an almost secret tab that you click to change over. You can do more tricks with the DVD option.

The tip elsewhere about Power point is a good one. You may need someone to talk you through it. Mrs Joe is an absolute expert but alas! Not here at the mo.

I'm pretty sure you could do this in Windows Movie Maker on your PC.
I have used it to create titled videos to upload onto Youtube.
You would need to create your text inserts in Publisher and import them as needed.
Once on the storyboard you can determine how long they are displayed for by stretching them on the timeline.
Once done-go to "produce movie" and select VCD format. That should give you a file ready to burn to CDR.
