Browsing around the net and coming up with these 'install Microsoft Silverlight' links.

Went to the Microsoft Silverlight homepage to have a read up on it and see what's going on.

An example of the pure idiocy of every rank amateur web developer who isn't worth the time of day.... In order to read 'about' silverlight, you have to have first 'installed' silverlight!!

So, how are we supposed to know if we 'want' to damn well install it. I know one client you just lost.

Incompetent fools.

Yup, that's one of the ones I was looking at installing it for.

But I want to know exactly what things do and what they install on my machine, before I install anything.

So.. won't be using ITV's catch up either. Shame, but ITV should have picked a better partner/solution.
