MikeOxlong...how's the chest, getting better hopefully. I've given up smoking now for about 6 weeks, might be 8 I've lost count. I still get the craving sometimes though.

I'm playing football tonight for the first time in 4 weeks, not looking forward to the aching body tomorrow.

Hi all.
Chest ok until the early hours and then coughing my guts up so broken sleep.But I get my head down during the day and catch up.
I have been drinking Covonia cough mixture like tea and then checked the label - 6.6% alcohol!
I probably shouldn't be driving!

I'm bored today, I guess I'll have to do that ironing
