Can't sleep.

I cant sleep especially in this heat

I'm not an insomniac just don't have to get up for work in the morning, but I am on nights in the evening.

I can never sleep even when i come off line i have to read a couple of chapter's of a book to get myself tired

Getting tired now.
I don't work so don't have to worry about being up early.

Not finished my beer yet. Still remember when the other site was open 24/7 and there was good convos late at night and help advice given out to fm who kids had taken ill during the night,

My body clock went all out of synch when I got ME 10 years ago but I've always been a nightbird anyway.

Aww EA is your mum ill? has she passed and you're thinking of her. My mum passed last year and yet again I was thinking of her today. Whatever your circumstance re your dear Mum I hope you can find some comfort, somehow.

I've had a bit of an emotional day myself and people on here have been brilliant. It's really made a difference to me, a great comfort.

Hmmm, you know I'd do anything for you, but I won't do that.

I'm not sleeping well due to the heat, my hay fever has been playing up changed my antihistamines and slept all evening, woke up at 11pm, watched 2 hours of "Criminal Intent" on Hallmark and decided to go online to findout what had been happening today, whilst doing a couple of loads of washing.

Can't see me going back to bed anytime soon, husband will soon be up and I can do his breakfast before he goes to work.

Im normally a night hawk but this heat is'nt helping it's just making me tired sticky and irritable and uncomfortable, also my son's got a cold but seems a bit better tonight than he was last night, me and my son both suffer hayfever so thats playing up on us too and we've had our dose of antihistamines for the time being and hubby is snoring away blissfully in the back ground but can't complain as he's working early and me and the wee man are off so hopefully we'll catch up on any much needed sleep during the day
