...got this over on DS

Big Brother producers have reportedly dumped two ex-lovers from the final series 10 lineup.

According to the Daily Star, Melisa Nayah Minton and Daniel Lewis were scheduled to appear on the show, but were axed after they revealed to bosses that they had split.

The 18-year-olds had appeared at auditions as a couple.

"We're gutted. We thought we'd be up front with them and tell the truth," said Minton. "But all they've done is dropped us.

"I still think it would have been great TV to put us in the house even though we've broken up."

A Big Brother spokesperson commented: "We never confirm or deny who’s going in the house until launch night."

Big Brother 10 starts on June 4 on Channel 4.

Sounds like a good call to me, i dont wanna see teenagers fall in and outta love all summer!

Exactly. The whole 'romance' stuff bores me silly whether it is couples going in or those 'romances' which blossom between housemates Sleepy
