Unless you mean you won't pay it in the same way Noel Edmonds "didn't pay his TV License!"
Don't do it. Besides the fact Council Tax is not linked to MPs, you will get into more trouble than any empty support would justify.

If you don't want to pay and you have a house share with a joint tenancy contract then just do what my joint tenant did after I rather rashly signed the 12 month contract: give up her job and tell me that, tough shit, I can pay the lot as the council will chase me now not her.

Ouch.
Nice to see that you're not bitter about it all though.

Oh no, I wasn't bitter about that. It was when she stopped paying her share of the rent, knowing I had a house as an asset, but continuing to live there that made me bitter.

All planned too.
I've sent Jacqui Smith a 88p bath plug. Well I paid for the last one I thought I would send her a spare, save her filling in the forms at least.
We should all send her one.
We should all send her one.

Hold on, a possible problem. Has anyone checked with the postal workers whether bath plugs are acceptable in their postbags?

I apologised profusely for not sending her a 3rd plasma wide screen top of the range television for the next time she flipped properties.
