Hiya Baz - wavey

I'm hoping that it is just a rumour that Graham and Ivy are going into BB - otherwise, like you, I'll be spending a fortune to vote them off the moment the opportunity arises!

So the elderly couple are going home.

Aww, shame, I quite liked Colin and Diane.

Where did you used to live in Surrey Baz?

Home of the Derby.. Big Grin

Oh really - not far from us then. Some friends of ours lived there until they moved to be closer to their daughter and family in Worcestershire last year.

We used to have a great day on Derby Day as their house overlooked the Tattenham Corner part of the course.

Shall really miss it this year. Always a great day with lots of relatives and friends. We'd all bring different foods for lunch and have a great time.

A lot of us would walk the course but I didn't always bother as it was rather busy (to say the least).

Ooo very posh, house by Tattenham Corner Big Grin In my youth (many, many decades ago) I worked in a bank... and they used to close all the banks in Epsom and the surrounding area on Derby day... so we all went up on the downs to the fair Big Grin
Baz
It was a lovely house Baz and it was sad that they had to leave it really but, heigh-ho, nothing stays the same forever I guess.

Anyway, just had to say I won't be able to post on the shows this evening. A friend has just phoned to ask if she can pop in for a cuppa on her way home from shopping so she should be here just before 5pm.

Darn it! Only joking. She's lovely.

Am having to Sky+ so that I don't miss both shows but I'll miss our chats on here.
