Come on, they don't really "discuss" them. Lisa just tells them who's on her shitlist, and they all nominate accordingly. 
I dont know who you mean but the biggest majority in the house are talking about nominations in a round about way perhaps why they may be all up for eviction this week

I knew for certain they'd been talking about them when Noirin didn't nominate Sree. She'd been fighting witht he bloke all week and fending off his sticky mitts - but she didn't nominate him?

They were all at it in various ways
The gang found ways of circumventing the rules by talking about hms they don't like and why. We've seen some of that on the very limited LF so there must be a lot more going on that we don't see.
Additionally Lisa and Karly are always muttering away in bed without mics so we can't hear as are Kris and Dogface.

but because they aint actually saying nominate or get him/her out next the stupid BB producers are not interested. But Lisa and Karly too are influencing all the same.
