Mine's ME related insomnia not helped by a perma-kicking baby in my tum.

Menopause...I get very/hot sweaty later..feck help me when the summer kicks in...sighs! I did start a bit early aged 44,took the tablets for six and a half years,came off then six months ago.I get the hot flushes etc now.Bloody men!!
I think I will go for a run around the house lol

Me too. Had a couple of restaurants for a few years. So this time of night used to be my winding down time.
Now it's just down to plain insomnia

OOph I tell ya! It's like the start of feeling a bit faint,hot wave of heat rises up your torso to your head,in bed it does start from the toes..
Sweaty bed sheets need changed more often. 
It's annoying not,but I know the symptomsd etc.
